Role Overview
The Supervisor, Patient Access is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the admissions department, ensuring efficient patient intake and registration functions of the facility. ensuring ensuring efficient patient intake and registration processes.
This role supervises patient access staff, provides training and support, and ensures compliance with regulations and hospital policies.
The Supervisor, Patient Access works closely with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience while maintaining high standards of customer service and accuracy in patient data collection.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher preferred
- 1-2 years of related experience in healthcare profession required
- 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional relationships.

- Licenses and Certifications
- CHAM - Certified Healthcare Access Manager preferred
