Role overview
Supervise interior fit-out and related work at project sites across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor site activities and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
- Ensure work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Allocate manpower and resources to meet deadlines.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
- Conduct inspections and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Assist with site measurements, material delivery follow-ups, and snag rectifications.
- Follow company policies and UAE labor and safety regulations.
- Drive to project sites across the UAE for supervision and coordination.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery works in the UAE.
- Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, finishing works, and fit-out processes.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to travel across different UAE sites.
- Ability to handle workers and subcontractors effectively.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person and includes driving to project sites across the UAE.
