We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support team performance, and ensure activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company requirements.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to monitor performance and ensure operational effectiveness
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional, dependable, and results-driven
Added Advantage
- Experience with ISO Management Systems
- Background in quality assurance, food safety, environmental, or compliance-related activities
- Experience coordinating teams and client-related projects
