Experienced Supervisor role at EHS Medical Center in the UAE.
The role oversees medical center operations and supports front-office and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily medical center operations.
- Manage front-office and administrative staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and daily activities.
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare standards, and UAE regulations.
- Monitor reports, appointments, and operational activities.
- Support management in achieving operational and customer-service targets.
- Train and guide staff to improve performance and service quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Healthcare, clinic, hospital, or medical center experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and administrative systems.
- Ability to handle patient and customer complaints professionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE healthcare or medical center experience is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Employment and Compensation
- The role is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at the medical center.
