Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• **Oversee the overall housing system and ensure efficient operations aligned with best industry practices.**
• **Manage all housing units (occupied and vacant) and continuously monitor their operational readiness.**
• **Develop and maintain an accurate and comprehensive housing database, including unit status, occupancy, tenant details, contracts, rental values, and payment methods.**
• **Monitor and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with contract durations, renewals, and move-outs in accordance with approved policies.**
• **Supervise the handover and receipt of housing units and keys in line with documented procedures ensuring transparency and governance.**
• **Coordinate with Human Resources to fulfill housing requirements for new employees and ensure optimal allocation of units.**
• **Ensure vacant units are fully prepared, maintained, and serviced before reassignment.**
• **Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with maintenance teams to ensure asset sustainability.**
• **Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including performance indicators, occupancy rates, and housing status updates.**
• **Coordinate with Security and Safety departments to ensure full compliance with safety and security standards within housing facilities.**
• **Handle tenant complaints and requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of occupant satisfaction.**
• **Ensure strict compliance with housing policies, regulations, and procedures.**
• **Contribute to the continuous improvement of housing operations and service quality.**
• **Support initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and occupant experience.**

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Public Administration, or related field.**
• **Training or certifications in Facilities Management or Housing Operations is preferred.**
• **Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in housing management, facilities operations, or related fields.**
• **Strong knowledge of contract management and administrative processes.**
• **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data****management systems.**
• Basic understanding of safety and security standards in residential facilities.

• **يتولى مشرف الإسكان مسؤولية الإشراف التشغيلي والإداري المتكامل على منظومة الإسكان، بما يضمن كفاءة إدارة الوحدات السكنية، وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، وضمان جاهزية الوحدات من حيث التشغيل والصيانة والأمن. كما يساهم في رفع كفاءة استخدام الأصول السكنية وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الانضباط والحوكمة في إدارة الإسكان****.**
• **المهام والمسؤوليات****:**
• **الإشراف الشامل على منظومة الإسكان وضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة عالية وفق أفضل الممارسات التشغيلية****.**
• **إدارة جميع وحدات الإسكان (المشغولة والشاغرة) ومتابعة جاهزيتها التشغيلية بشكل مستمر****.**
• **تطوير وتحديث قاعدة بيانات دقيقة ومتكاملة لجميع الوحدات السكنية تشمل (الحالة، الإشغال، بيانات المستأجرين، العقود، القيم الإيجارية، وطرق السداد)****.**
• **متابعة وإدارة عقود الإيجار والتأكد من الالتزام بفترات التعاقد والتجديدات والإخلاءات وفق السياسات المعتمدة****.**
• **استلام وتسليم الوحدات السكنية والمفاتيح وفق إجراءات موثقة تضمن الشفافية والحوكمة****.**
• **التنسيق مع إدارة الموارد البشرية لتلبية احتياجات الإسكان للموظفين الجدد وضمان التوزيع الأمثل للوحدات****.**
• **الإشراف على جاهزية الوحدات الشاغرة من حيث الصيانة والنظافة والتأهيل قبل إعادة تخصيصها****.**
• **متابعة تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية والطارئة بالتنسيق مع فرق التشغيل والصيانة لضمان استدامة الأصول****.**
• **رفع تقارير دورية شاملة للإدارة تتضمن مؤشرات الأداء، نسب الإشغال، وحالة الوحدات السكنية****.**
• **التنسيق مع إدارة الأمن والسلامة لضمان تطبيق أعلى معايير الحماية داخل مواقع الإسكان****.**
• **معالجة شكاوى وملاحظات المستفيدين بكفاءة وسرعة، والعمل على رفع مستوى رضا المستفيدين****.**
• **ضمان الالتزام الكامل بسياسات ولوائح الإسكان المعتمدة وتطبيقها بشكل فعال****.**
• **المساهمة في تطوير إجراءات العمل ورفع كفاءة التشغيل وتحسين جودة الخدمات****.**
• **دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتطوير تجربة المستفيدين داخل منظومة الإسكان.**
• **المؤهلات والمتطلبات****:**
• ### **دبلوم فأعلى في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة المرافق، الإدارة العامة، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة****.**
• ### **يفضل الحصول على دورات تدريبية في إدارة المرافق أو إدارة الإسكان****.**
• ### **خبرة عملية لا تقل عن** **2–5** **سنوات في إدارة الإسكان أو التشغيل أو إدارة المرافق****.**
• ### **معرفة جيدة بإدارة العقود والمتابعة الإدارية****.**
• ### **إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج** **Microsoft Office** **وأنظمة إدارة البيانات****.**
