Role profile

• Implement supermarket plans in line with company strategies and procedures, working with head office and corporate office.
• Analyze commercial performance and recommend ways to improve profitability and sales turnover.
• Maximize sales and profitability while controlling costs within budget guidelines.
• Review stock and sales reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Use comparative studies between departments to improve commercial performance efficiency.
• Coordinate with department heads on stock value, out-of-stock issues, orders, and timely merchandise deliveries.
• Oversee ongoing service and maintenance of supermarket assets.
• Oversee improvements to hygiene standards and supermarket safety and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a store manager in the supermarket industry.
• Retail experience is required.
• Strong people and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Must be located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
