Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high performance and discipline
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked store at all times
• Ensure excellent customer service and a strong in-store experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Negotiate procurement terms and optimize purchasing costs
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
• Collaborate with local producers and delivery service providers
• Design and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase store visibility and sales
• Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a supermarket or retail manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good negotiation and supplier management experience
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
