About This Role
Supermarket Manager – Dubai
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supermarket Manager to lead daily operations and help structure and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high performance and discipline
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked store at all times
- Ensure excellent customer service and a strong in-store experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate procurement terms and optimize purchasing costs
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with local producers and delivery service providers
- Design and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to increase store visibility and sales
- Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supermarket or retail manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good negotiation and supplier management experience
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
