Responsibilities
- Handle managing multiple crews and sites throughout the DC Metro (DC/VA/MD)
- Able to read civil plans, proposals, change orders and scope related documents.
- Excellent communication skills including communicating with clients.
- An individual who demonstrates the willingness to seek assistance when necessary, refraining from attempting tasks beyond their expertise.
- Ability to interpret cut sheets and proficiently operate a transit for grade shooting.
Required Qualifications
- Operating skills (excavator, skid steer and bulldozer)
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to access secured sites
- OSHA 30
- Knowledge of site work/utility work
- Understands county codes for our work regions
- Safety knowledge.
- Client Facing Experience/Professionalism: ability to converse with the clients and office team

Physical Requirements
- Employee must be physically fit to perform duties of the job in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling (up to 50 lbs.).
- Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen.
- Other physical requirements include walking, climbing, balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending or crawling.
- Specific vision abilities required by the position include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
