The Role

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring all work is performed safely and according to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure work environment.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage equipment utilization effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum Overall 17+ years of oil & gas experience.
• Previous ADNOC projects and PMC experiences are a must.
• Experience within EPC & Detail Engineering projects.
• Experience in Projects involving Onshore/Offshore Gas Processing Plants.
• Must have at least 5 Years experience working on Onshore and offshore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a must.
