Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years+ of construction Superintendent experience. Completed 2 non-residential projects with values greater than $15M, start to finish, while employed by a General Contracting firm.
- BS or BA in Construction Science/Engineering or equivalent in construction experience will be considered in lieu of degree preferred, not required.
- Experience assisting with building and managing project schedules.
- Familiarity working with local subcontractors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on projects in various markets including but not limited to K-12, Higher Education, or Healthcare. Highly prefer Higher Education building experience.
- Experience using CMiC preferred but not required.
- Experience using Asta preferred but not required.
