Key Activities
- Governance and Compliance
- Participate in developing and implementing governance frameworks to ensure that all SANS subsidiaries adhere to regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
- Participate in regularly reviewing and updating compliance protocols in alignment with national and international aviation standards.
Performance Monitoring
- Participate in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each subsidiary, monitoring financial and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze performance data to support strategic decision-making and drive accountability within subsidiary operations.
Data Analysis And Reporting
- Collect and analyze financial and operational data from subsidiaries to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. Relationship Management
- Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships between SANS and its subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with subsidiary teams to facilitate effective communication and engagement. Subsidiaries Engagement
- Participate in organizing meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions with subsidiaries to gather insights and promote collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials to keep subsidiaries informed of key initiatives and updates.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and processes related to subsidiary governance.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Support monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Experience
- No prior experience is required.
Education And Certifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
