Subsea Engineer (DIVE)

Hold a degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering or ocean engineering.

Have a minimum of 10 years previous experience as in a similar position with duties including the engagement in diving operations & Have experience in leadership or managerial role.

This role significantly contributes to the organization by developing procedures and innovative subsea engineering solutions, ensuring the successful completion of projects, and securing new business opportunities.

The Subsea Engineer is pivotal in driving the company's mission in the subsea industry by spearheading the planning, engineering development, and execution subsea and DSV operation

Comprehensive understanding of Subsea Operations.

Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating diverse teams.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with both onshore and offshore personnel.

Ensure all projects adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards, conducting technical studies and preparing / implementing / executing and closing detailed work procedures to guarantee compliance
