Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Conduct successful audits of 4 inpatient and 10 outpatient mental health facilities in the UAE.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations aligned with international best practice.

Contribute to shaping the UAE s evolving mental health framework through evidence-based assessments.

Deliver clear and structured reports with practical improvement plans for each facility.

Licensed Psychiatrist with extensive clinical experience in the USA, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand.

Thorough understanding of neurodevelopmental care and best practice frameworks.

Highly experienced in quality assurance, audits, or regulatory compliance in healthcare.

Exceptional communication skills for conducting senior-level clinical interviews.

Ability to work effectively in a short-term, high-impact project environment.

Lead clinical interviews with Medical Directors and senior staff.

Assess medication management, treatment practices, and adherence to standards.

Participate in a structured audit framework based on standards, quantitative data, and qualitative interviews.

Collaborate with project lead to triangulate findings and finalize reports.

Support virtual feedback sessions post-report submission (up to 4 hours total).

Promote ethical behaviour and alignment with Aspen Medical s Social Purpose and B Corp principles.
