Thorough knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), subcontracting compliance requirements, and small business utilization programs.

Bachelor's Degree/Master’s (desired) in Business Administration, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

0-2+ years of related experience (4+ preferred) in subcontract administration in support of federal government contracts.

Ability to obtain Secret.

The pay range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 ; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
