Study Abroad Counselor – Dubai

We’re looking for experienced Study Abroad Counselors to join our Dubai team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Study Abroad Counselor
- Must be currently available in Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options (courses, universities, countries) based on: Academic background, Career goals, Interests and Financial capacity
- Handle enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online channels
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to student queries
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
