Role Description

We are looking for a Studio Receptionist cum Operations Coordinator (Pilates & Yoga) to work with our client's boutique studio, who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and be the face of our studio and support the smooth daily running of operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, multitasking, and working in a premium wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Front of House

  • Meet and greet clients warmly and professionally
  • Create a welcoming, calm, and supportive studio atmosphere
  • Look after the welfare, comfort, and experience of all clients
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns with discretion and care
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Studio Operations & Administration

  • Support the general management and day-to-day running of the studio
  • Manage the class timetable and daily schedule
  • Operate and oversee the studio booking system and mobile application
  • Handle WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Liaise closely with teaching staff/instructors regarding schedules, changes, and studio needs
  • Assist with memberships, packages and client account queries

Systems, Organization & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate records on the booking system
  • Monitor studio capacity, attendance, and waitlists
  • Support opening and closing procedures (system checks, studio readiness)
  • Ensure the studio remains organized, stocked, and presentable
  • Flag maintenance issues, stock shortages, or operational concerns to management

Team & Studio Support

  • Act as a key point of communication between clients, instructors, and management
  • Support new client onboarding and studio inductions
  • Uphold studio policies, standards, and brand values

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, wellness, or boutique fitness (preferred)
  • High school graduate (minimum requirement)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using booking systems, apps, WhatsApp Business, and basic admin tools
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Calm, professional, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working evenings and alternating weekends

Location: Contour Studio, Bloom Marina West, Marsa Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi.

Working Hours: 48 hours per week (Rota-based, including mornings, evenings & weekends)
