Overview
- We are currently looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a premium performance and recovery concept launching in Dubai.
- This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality who understands how to operate high-standard spaces with precision, structure, and attention to detail.
- The Studio Manager will oversee:
- Daily studio and recovery operations
- Client experience and front-of-house standards
- Instructor and practitioner coordination
- Memberships, bookings, and operational performance
- Partnerships, suppliers, and external vendors
- Systems, processes, and overall space integrity
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised and solutions-driven
- Calm under pressure and operationally strong
- Experienced in managing teams and client experiences
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Able to maintain consistency and standards without constant oversight
- This is not a heavily corporate role.
- We are looking for someone who genuinely understands hospitality, movement, wellness, and premium client experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong operational and organisational skills
- Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environments
- Team leadership and people management
- Front-of-house and client experience management
- Scheduling, bookings, and studio coordination
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
- Experience with booking systems such as Mindbody is preferred
- Ability to manage external partners, suppliers, and vendors professionally
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Understanding of both performance-led fitness spaces and recovery/wellness experiences
