About This Role
Overview
The Studio Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the studio to ensure a positive experience for members, staff, and the community.
1. Operations Management
Manage daily studio operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and equipment maintenance.
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. Staff Management
Lead and support front desk and service teams, including onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and fostering strong relationships.
3. Customer Service & Engagement
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling member concerns professionally and promoting a culture of exceptional service.
4. Health and Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, secure, and safe environment, and provide training to staff on protocols.
6. Platform Standards
Maintain and enforce the highest standards of brand excellence, uniform, conduct, and overall studio presentation.
Main Duties/Tasks
- Expertly manage the group fitness room and equipment
- Lead front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
- Oversee member induction processes to support retention
- Recruit, train, and schedule studio staff FOH / Service Teams
- Ensure equipment functionality and staff adherence to schedules
- Address member concerns within 48 hours
- Oversee staffing rosters and ensure full team coverage
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all areas
- Conduct daily team briefings to align on priorities
- Uphold brand policies and codes of conduct
- Provide ongoing staff development and upskilling
- Oversee customer service, feedback collection, and in-person engagement
- Manage mall permit requests for maintenance
- Create a seamless and welcoming experience for all members
