Student Worker - Human Sciences and Design - Social Media & Marketing
Role Overview
The Human Sciences & Design (HSD) Student Worker for Social Media & Marketing will support the department's marketing and communication efforts by creating and maintaining engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
This position will assist with promoting HSD events, enhancing departmental visibility, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external audiences.

Required Qualifications
- Current Baylor University student in good academic standing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media or marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs.
- Familiarity with Baylor University brand standards and marketing guidelines.
- Experience coordinating events and promotional activities.
- Ability to create visually appealing marketing materials and digital displays.
