Overview
Aldar Education are currently seeking a **Student Supervisor (Academic Year 2026/2027)** for **Al Shohub Private School** to support our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE.
Al Shohub Private School is a British curriculum, part of Aldar Schools, offering mixed gender primary school located in a purpose-built educational facility, at Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi.
Al Shohub Private School was founded in 1999 by Her Highness Sheikha Shaikha Bint Saif Al Nahyan to provide exceptional education in Abu Dhabi.
The large majority of our students are Emiratis.
Our school is deeply rooted in the values of the Emirati community, driven by the aspirations of parents, and guided by the requirements of our regulatory body, ADEK.

Minimum Qualifications
- School leavers certificate or educational equivalent
- English and Mathematics to GCSE or equivalent
Minimum Experience
- Relevant Experience
- Currently or previously a front of house assistant, secretary, clerical, office or administration assistant
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Computer literate including the use of Isams, Microsoft, Canva or other design programmes
- IT literate: knowledge and expertise of office procedures and appropriate software including Microsoft Office
- Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD)

Main Duties
- Effective, sensitive and personable communication skills with students, parents and staff. Communication may be in
- written form, e-mail, via phone or in person.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with
- others and maintaining them over time
- Support of reception staff and attendance officer in regards to students whereabouts
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
- Keeping abreast of internal events and identifying and managing clashes of venues / year groups and times
- Ensuring all pastoral information and data is: accurate, timely, approved, reliable, clear and fit for purpose. E.g.
- attendance, punctuality, internal interventions and rewards
- Ensure reward certificates are uploaded to ePraise and printed for Heads of Year and Heads of Key Stage ready for
