The Student Admissions officer position requires a strong sales ability.
The Student Admissions Officer plays a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and enrolling prospective students into the institution.
This position involves managing the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, providing comprehensive information about programs and admission requirements, and building positive relationships with prospective students and their families.
The Admissions Officer is responsible for meeting enrollment targets and contributing to the institution's overall growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- **Student Recruitment & Outreach:**Actively engage in recruitment activities, including attending college fairs, school visits, open houses, and other recruitment events (both on and off-campus, potentially involving travel).
- Deliver engaging presentations about the institution, its programs, campus life, and the admissions process to various audiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate prospective student leads through various channels.
- **Admissions Process Management:** Guide prospective students and their families through the entire admissions application process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate and detailed information.
- Review and evaluate application materials (transcripts, essays, recommendations, test scores, etc.) for completeness and eligibility.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, campus tours, and other admissions-related appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in the admissions CRM system.
- Process admission decisions and generate offer letters.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in **Sales!** Experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within a higher education setting, is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Position has base salary plus bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
