Student Recruitment Assistant (Fixed Term Contract) - Dubai Campus

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries by phone, email, social media, live chat, and face-to-face channels, meeting agreed response times.
• Provide prospective students with relevant, personalised information and guidance from first contact through enrolment.
• Use the CRM system to track engagements, support lead capture, and follow up with prospective students.
• Support recruitment events, including open days, postgraduate masterclasses, virtual events, offer-holder events, school visits, and external recruitment fairs.
• Provide guidance to student interns on recruitment enquiries and support direct application processing.
• Capture and maintain scholarship data for new undergraduate students.
• Represent the University to prospective students, parents, working professionals, and other stakeholders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a self-starting approach to supporting prospective students.

Location and work

• The role is based at the Dubai campus and includes face-to-face work at campus and external events.
