Student Recruitment Assistant - Dubai Campus

Role purpose

Recruitment and applicant service

• Provides front-line service and timely, personalized responses to prospective-student enquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Guides applicants from first contact through enrolment and supports recruitment conversion objectives.
• Uses CRM systems to track engagements and supports lead capture and follow-up.
• Provides customer service through social media, live chats, and virtual events.
• Attends and assists with recruitment events on campus, in schools, and at external fairs.
• Shares information and advice about undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programmes.
• Supports direct application processing and admissions administration.
• Guides student interns on student recruitment enquiries.
• Captures and maintains scholarship data for new undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Sets up and maintains a student-related calendar; the supplied description cuts off before further details.
