Pally is a personal assistant that lives in your text messages.

You text it like a friend.

It replies to the messages you’ve been avoiding, books the dinner, chases the invoice, and handles the hundred small things that pile up in a week.

We’re a small team based in the Bay Area, and we’re hiring people who will make Pally the #1 consumer agent in the world.

The role

You’ll be Pally on your campus.

We give you an events budget and a box of Pally merch.

You turn them into the events everyone on campus wants to be at.

In practice that means:

• Fun, free events. Study breaks, game nights, food, pop-ups, whatever gets students in a room with Pally on their phones. Every event is free to attend.
• Branded merch. Hoodies, stickers, and whatever else we make. Get it on the right people.
• Partners. Team up with clubs, societies, and student groups to co-host and reach more people.
• Being the face of Pally on campus. When someone asks what Pally is, they should already know to ask you.
• Feeding it back. You’ll hear what students love and what annoys them. You tell us directly and we ship the fix.

We’ll measure you on one thing: how many students on your campus use Pally every week.

You’re a current student at a university in the US or UK.

You know everyone, or you know the people who know everyone.

Maybe you run a club, throw the parties people talk about, or post things your whole campus sees.

You’re self-sufficient.

You’ll decide what to run, do it, and report back with numbers.

You use Pally every day and have opinions about it.

Practical stuff

An events budget, branded Pally merch, and cash bonuses for performance.

There is no base pay.

Part-time, in person on your campus.

You set your own schedule around your classes.
