Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Student Aide.
The Student Aide will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support, managing documentation, assisting with research tasks, and coordinating schedules as needed.
Additional responsibilities include assisting the consulting team with project coordination, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining records.
This role requires adaptability and a proactive approach to supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills including task organization, schedule coordination, and documentation
- Research and data management capabilities
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with attention to detail in all tasks
- Basic proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in learning new processes
- A positive attitude and ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree is preferred
