Student Aide - Athletic Department

Schedule Information : Will determine schedule based on student's availability to work Monday - Friday during the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Position available fall and spring semesters.
Maximum hours per week : 20
Responsibilities
Duties of Position : General office work in the Athletics Office: answering phones, making copies, scanning documents, sorting mail, special projects and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Education Requirements : Harper College Student registered for at least six credit hours in fall or three credit hours in summer.
Experience
Requirements : Some experience in an office setting preferred but not required.
Will train the right person.
Good customer service a must.
Interest and/or experience in athletics preferred.
Excel/Word proficiency preferred
