Structured Trade Commodity Finance

About This Role

About the Role:

We are hiring a Structured Trade Commodity Finance (STCF) Manager to originate and execute financing solutions for a physical oil traders. This is a trade finance origination role focused on originating (a) banks relationships, (b) hedging limits.

What You Will Do:

1- Originate new banks borrowings relationships.

2- Originate new Hedging limits with liquidity providers.

3- Structure limits with banks:

• Borrowing Base Facilities (BBF) with new banks/ new funds.
• Prepayment / Offtake finance
• Inventory finance (tank warrants / storage-backed lending)
• Receivables and LC-backed structures

4- Lead execution of physical oil cargo financing.

5- Structure and negotiate tripartite agreements (Bank–Client–Terminal / Storage Operator)

6- Perform credit analysis, stress testing, and downside protection

7- Manage treasury limits, borrowing base compliance, and collateral monitoring

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commodity trade finance
• Strong network with Commodity trade finance lenders in UAE/Singapore/Europe.

Required Skills

• Strong relationships with a panel of banks and funds and liquidity providers.
• Proven STCF experience with Physical oil cargo financing
• Strong understanding of Oil trading lifecycle (purchase, storage, distribution)
• Commodity hedging (futures, swaps, margining, basis risk)
• Commercial mindset with demonstrated banking and Hedging origination capability
