We are seeking a
Structured Trade Finance (Stf) Manager
to lead the origination and distribution of trade finance letters of credit (LCs).

Duties & Responsibilities
- **Origination (Business Development):**
- Identify and onboard banking counterparties for the issuance of trade finance instruments, including LCs, and establish structured credit lines, prepayment facilities, borrowing base structures, and supply chain finance solutions.
- **Structuring:**
- Design bespoke financing structures incorporating effective risk-mitigation tools such as Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs), and related instruments.
- **Distribution (Risk Syndication):**
- Syndicate and distribute funded and unfunded exposures to banks, institutional investors, and insurance markets (including single-buyer credit insurance) to optimize balance sheet efficiency and RORWA.
- **Credit & Risk Management:**
- Prepare, present, and defend credit proposals to Credit Committees, conducting detailed assessments of transaction risks, collateral structures, and counterparty creditworthiness.
- **Execution & Documentation:**
- Lead legal negotiations to finalize loan agreements, security documentation, and ensure compliance with cross-border regulatory requirements.
- **Portfolio Management:**
- Monitor portfolio performance, manage collateral, and conduct annual reviews of existing credit facilities.
Requirements
- At least 5–6+ years in Trade Finance, Global Corporate Banking, or Commodity Finance.
- Deep understanding of Structured Trade Finance instruments.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, and/or other Commodity Sales background.
- Strong ability to analyze collateral arrangements, and sovereign/corporate risk.
- Proven experience within legal background, with a strong focus on capital markets and insurance markets, is a plus.
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and sales skills, with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or related fields. Master’s degree or certifications (CFA) are often preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Bloomberg, and internal trading systems.

- Meeting annual targets for sales and net interest margins.
- Volume of new business.
- Amount of risk successfully sold down (syndicated).
- Efficiency in deal execution.
