Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8–10 years of construction supervision experience with a consultancy.
• Concrete technology or related certification is an advantage.

Concrete Inspection and Supervision

• Supervise concrete casting, curing, and finishing; inspect works against approved drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Document inspections using inspection requests and checklists, and maintain daily site diaries and photographic records.
• Verify mix designs, materials, batching processes, reinforcement placement, formwork, and embedded inserts before pouring.
• Witness contract or inspection-plan tests, including slump and cube or cylinder tests; ensure appropriate curing practices.
• Conduct site inspections and audits, report non-conformances, and prepare inspection reports and corrective-action records.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors; provide quality guidance and report progress, issues, and risks.
• Perform site measurements and surveying checks when requested.

Quality, Design, and QHSE

• Understand and comply with concrete method statements, inspection plans, test reports, and project standards.
• Ensure concrete work follows safety, environmental, and project-specific requirements.
• Understand design fundamentals and review engineering and technician deliverables at project stages.
• Apply technical knowledge of buildability, design, construction techniques, procurement, risk and claim assessment, and analytical concepts.
• Support team quality management and understand delivery CAD standards and 3D working.
• Follow company QHSE policies and procedures, local regulatory requirements, and client or contractor QHSE rules.
• Report QHSE incidents promptly and complete site induction before mobilizing.
