Structural Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Fitter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining structural components in various construction and manufacturing projects.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately assemble structural components.
• Fit, align, and weld structural steel and other materials according to project requirements.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform fitting and assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to structural fitting and assembly.

• Proven experience as a Structural Fitter or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Knowledge of welding, bolting, and fastening techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in various environments.
• Relevant certifications or training in structural fitting, welding, or related fields are preferred.
