Role Overview

Senior Structural Design Engineer specializing in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete building systems.

The role covers structural analysis and design from concept through completion.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of proven professional experience in structural design.
  • A dedicated portfolio of post-tensioned structures.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant Indian Standard design codes, structural detailing, and site troubleshooting.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced expertise in RAM Concept, including complex concrete geometry and load calculations.
  • Advanced expertise in AutoCAD for structural detailing and drafting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural analysis and design of complex reinforced concrete and post-tensioned building systems.
  • Review engineering method statements and site inspection reports for tendon stressing and grouting.
  • Mentor junior engineering staff, manage project timelines, and coordinate with architects, clients, and site execution teams.

Compensation

  • Pay is ₹25,000–₹28,000 per month.
