Support design review and delivery of safe, high-quality structural solutions across real estate development projects.
Work with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure designs and construction meet project requirements, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Experience and education
- At least 8 years of structural engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience in real estate development, construction, or engineering consultancy.
Technical and professional skills
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and applicable building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis/design software.
- Strong technical review, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience working with consultants and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Review structural designs, drawings, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve structural and technical issues.
- Check compliance with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Monitor structural works and provide technical support during project execution.
- Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
- Help teams identify and resolve structural risks and design changes.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide regular project updates.
