Join a specialist Façade & Aluminium Division at a Dubai-based real estate developer with manufacturing and production facilities.
The division delivers high-rise, luxury residential, and landmark projects across the Middle East.
Salary
- Salary is AED 16,000–20,000 per month, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design curtain walling, glazing, aluminium, and steel façade systems; perform wind load, structural, thermal movement, deflection, and stress analyses.
- Verify profiles, brackets, anchors, and connections; conduct FEA and glass calculations; optimise façade systems.
- Prepare calculation reports and technical submissions for consultant approvals.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams; ensure compliance with UAE codes, international standards, and project specifications.
Candidate requirements
- At least 7 years of façade structural engineering experience and proven work on major high-rise, commercial, and luxury residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walling, structural glazing, aluminium systems, and façade packages.
- Proficiency in SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RFEM, SJ MEPLA, and IDEA StatiCa.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE Building Codes, ASCE, ASTM, AISC, and Eurocodes.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
