Requirements Include

  • A bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures
  • Coursework or experience in concrete and steel design
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Working as part of a multi-discipline design team
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel for daily activities
  • Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale

Additional Education and Experience Preferred (not required) Include

A master’s degree in Structural Engineering, or a Civil or Architectural Engineering degree with an emphasis on structures

Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit

Experience with structural analysis software

Experience with masonry and/or timber design
