Structural Design Engineer

Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data such as maps, reports, tests, and drawings.

Prepare technical and feasibility studies and design blueprints that meet engineering specifications.

Provide expertise in structural and civil engineering, construction, and maintenance while consulting with stakeholders to resolve emerging problems.

4.

Perform evaluations and applied research to ensure the safe and efficient operation of structures, ensuring compliance with codes, laws, and regulations.

5.

Prepare technical reports and recommendations to address and solve project challenges.

6.

Recommend alternative solutions to engineering problems and oversee their implementation.

7.

Confidently communicate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

8.

Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections to gather necessary project data.

9.

Plan, prepare, and implement project schedules while overseeing their execution.

10.

Research and prepare cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.

11.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient operations.

12.

Write, review, and approve technical reports, specifications, and project presentations.

13.

Assist in defining the project scope, budget, and schedule for new engineering tasks.

1.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.

2.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering consultancy offices.

3.

Proven expertise in structural design, analysis, and supervision of projects.

4.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

5.

Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

And municipal requirements

6.

Proficiency in engineering design programs such as AutoCAD - Revit - ETABS - SAP2000 - and Structural Analyzing programs.

7.

Demonstrated experience in site layout, grading, and regulatory approvals.

8.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to supervise and lead teams.

9.

Professional Engineering License from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

10.

Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

11.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks effectively.

12.

Critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in structural calculations and design.

13.

Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines efficiently.
