Requirements Include
- 1 to 3 years of experience in drafting and design (at least some parts of this experience will be in the structural discipline).
- Certificate from a CAD training program or a Technical/Associates degree in engineering or related field (preferred).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in CAD, layout, and BIM.
- Design software proficiency with recent release(s) of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Additional computer skills necessary for daily activities including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and BlueBeam.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with various project teams, prioritizing and organizing tasks as needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
