Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience with demonstrated technical depth.
  • Proven ability to lead project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage client expectations.
  • Strong technical judgment with the ability to solve challenging problems and guide approach, scope, and priorities.
  • Leadership that inspires others through mentoring, empowerment, and effective communication, while expanding your client-facing presence.

  • As an Associate in our Forensics Practice, you’ll guide complex investigations, lead teams, deepen client relationships, and develop your influence across the firm. You’ll pair advanced engineering expertise with ownership of business results, helping shape strategy and elevate project delivery.
