Overview
WELLNESS360 is hiring on behalf of a high-performance gym based in Dubai Media City.
We are currently looking for an experienced and high-energy Fitness Coach & Personal Trainer to join the team immediately.
This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who has a strong background in Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness, and Hyrox-style training, and who thrives in a high-performance coaching environment.
The ideal candidate should be confident leading both group classes and Personal Training sessions while delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Strength & Conditioning classes
- Coach Hyrox-style group training sessions
- Facilitate boxing-based fitness classes where required
- Conduct one-on-one and small group Personal Training sessions
- Build and maintain a strong PT client base
- Support member engagement, motivation, and retention
- Maintain high coaching standards, professionalism, and energy on the gym floor
- Contribute to building a strong training community and culture
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years coaching experience
- Strong Strength & Conditioning coaching background
- Previous Hyrox coaching experience preferred
- Personal Training qualification required
- Strong communication and people skills
- High energy, professional, and team-oriented
- Passion for fitness, performance, and helping clients achieve results
Package
- AED 7,000 basic salary
- Additional earning potential through Personal Training
- Immediate start
- Dubai Media City location
