• The role is designated onsite, with the expectation of primarily working from an HPE office.

Role scope

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations from complex business analysis and formulate them into business plans.
• Build statistical and financial models and establish performance metrics to assess results and performance gaps.
• Lead complex market research, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend strategies to business leaders.
• Staff and manage cross-functional planning teams and drive priority projects.
• Develop business plans with client business leaders and identify new opportunities.
• Develop analytical tools and methods for business decisions and advise leaders on executing strategy.

Education, experience, and skills

• Typically 10 or more years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area.
• Advanced university degree, such as an MBA, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
• Extensive research methodology knowledge, strong analytical and data manipulation skills, and ability to derive business insights.
• Strong business acumen, communication, negotiation, influence, project management, relationship management, consulting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead multiple large, time-sensitive projects and make business planning recommendations based on market and industry trends.
