Role overview

The Strategy & Operations Analyst is a hands-on role supporting commercial and operations teams and helping build the foundation to scale.

  • Support supply-chain quality management and oversee contract assembly partners.
  • Analyze operational and robot-utilization data to support better decisions.
  • Identify process gaps and help implement improvements, tools, systems, and processes.
  • Contribute to current operations while building scalable processes for future growth.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of analytical experience in consulting, startup operations, or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, liberal arts, or a related field.
  • Ownership, self-motivation, and ability to complete work.

  • Collaborative communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Preferred exposure

  • Exposure to some or all of discrete manufacturing, sourcing and planning, design for manufacturability, Lean/6Sigma, market entry, go-to-market strategy, strategy deployment, new product introduction, business development, process design, or project management is preferred.
  • Passion for commercial robotics and interest in scaling a hardware business.

Compensation

  • The posting lists a competitive compensation and benefits package without specifying a salary amount in the description.

Benefits

  • Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match, early-stage equity, unlimited PTO, and paid parental leave.
