Role Description
The Strategy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for shaping and executing Moqablah’s growth and operational strategies.
This role involves analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategic initiatives and business decisions.
The Strategy Manager will develop and refine business models, design performance dashboards, and track key metrics related to candidate outcomes, partnerships, and platform effectiveness.
Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing strategic presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, operations, sales, and marketing), and supporting leadership in prioritizing and implementing high-impact projects.
The role also includes evaluating new service offerings, optimizing processes, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance Moqablah’s value proposition for both candidates and partners.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, build business cases, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in Management Consulting or Consulting, including problem-structuring, hypothesis-driven analysis, and strategic recommendation development.
- Solid understanding of Finance, including financial modeling, budgeting, and evaluating ROI of strategic initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, executive-level presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven experience in strategy, business development, or corporate planning, ideally within tech, HR, or professional services environments.
- Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
