Role Description
The Strategy Manager role at BAT DWC is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
The Strategy Manager develops and refines business strategies, prepares clear presentations and reports for leadership, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate recommendations into actionable initiatives.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial and operational analyses, coordinating with stakeholders to align on priorities, and tracking the implementation and impact of strategic projects.
The role also involves supporting senior management in evaluating new business opportunities, risk assessments, and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in finance, including financial modeling, business case development, and performance analysis.
- Background in management consulting or consulting, with exposure to strategy development and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role within a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced setting.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics tools or business intelligence platforms is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
