  • We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning, business analysis, and growth initiatives that support organizational objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will develop strategic frameworks, evaluate market opportunities, drive transformation programs, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with organizational vision, goals, and growth priorities
  • Lead strategic planning processes, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business performance assessments
  • Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic initiatives to improve business performance
  • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and executive presentations for leadership decision-making
  • Conduct financial, operational, and market analysis to support strategic investments and business decisions
  • Collaborate with business units, finance, operations, marketing, and executive teams to execute strategic initiatives
  • Manage strategic projects, transformation programs, and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Establish strategic performance metrics and track progress against business objectives
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and strategy review sessions
  • Prepare strategy reports, dashboards, and recommendations for executive leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, or a related field preferred
  • MBA or advanced qualification in Strategy, Business Management, Finance, or related discipline is advantageous
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, corporate development, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, business planning, or transformation programs preferred
  • Strong understanding of strategic frameworks, market analysis, financial modeling, and business planning methodologies
  • Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate insights into business actions
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
