  • We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to lead strategic planning initiatives, conduct business analysis, and support executive decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate will develop growth strategies, evaluate market opportunities, manage strategic projects, and provide actionable insights that drive organizational performance.

  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with organizational vision and growth objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support strategic planning processes, business reviews, and executive decision-making
  • Develop business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations for leadership
  • Manage strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and cross-functional projects
  • Analyze business performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to execute strategic priorities
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments

  • Support organizational growth initiatives, partnerships, and expansion strategies
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field preferred
  • MBA or advanced business qualification is advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, business planning, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing strategic initiatives or transformation programs preferred
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, business analysis, market research, and performance management
  • Experience developing executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
