Supports strategic initiatives across departments through data collection, analytical reporting, market analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Works closely with executive, operational, and sales leadership to inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and communicate key insights and trends using statistical rigor.
- Build and maintain reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, and other tools.
- Manage governance processes for key operational metrics and turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Support clinical technology platform implementation and contribute to project roadmaps.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and improve demand planning and forecast accuracy.
Experience and skills
- Two to three years of business and/or data analysis experience.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI, SQL, R, Data Verse, or Power Platform, and experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to manage multiple assignments.
- Project management skills and competency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Education and credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field such as economics, mathematics, statistics, or finance is required.
- Advanced degrees such as an MHA or MBA, or certifications, are preferred.
- No certification or licensure is required.
