Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Strategy Execution Analyst to support business performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
The role focuses on reporting, dashboards, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage reports using SAP
- Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI
- Track progress of strategic projects and KPIs
- Prepare monthly performance reports for leadership
- Analyse performance gaps and identify causes
- Work with different teams to implement improvements
- Ensure business activities align with company strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years’ experience in performance analysis, strategy, or reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP (data extraction & reporting)
- Strong skills in Power BI and Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present data clearly to senior stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or large organisations
- Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting
