Strategy Analyst
Role Overview
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for internal customers.
Ensure business solutions align with requirements and strategic goals.
Design, document, test and leverage business solutions.
Assist in defining and planning department project roadmap.
Partner with clients and manage the business partner relationship, prioritizing and delivering services.

Education and Experience
- Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 8+ years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 5+ years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong process discipline and follow-through
- Strong ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, executive-level reporting (dashboards, summaries, status updates)
- Comfort managing and improving reporting tools and systems with the ability to quickly learn and support enterprise tools
- Proactive problem solver who can operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
