  • We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our procurement and supply chain team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, optimizing procurement processes, and driving cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and operational excellence.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sourcing decisions align with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals and procurement objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and business requirements.
  • Lead supplier negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial agreements to achieve optimal value.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and support business operations.
  • Drive supplier diversification, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Monitor procurement performance metrics and prepare sourcing reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support inventory optimization, demand planning, and supply chain efficiency initiatives.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve sourcing effectiveness and procurement processes.
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or supplier relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in spend analysis and cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems, ERP platforms, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, procurement best practices, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, or related qualifications are advantageous.
