Role Description
This full-time remote Supervisor role at Société Française de la Valeur en Santé–VBHC focuses on coordinating and overseeing daily activities within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to value-based healthcare initiatives.
The Supervisor will plan and prioritize workloads, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to agreed quality standards.
Responsibilities include facilitating virtual team meetings, tracking project milestones, resolving operational issues, and escalating risks or barriers as needed.
The role will also involve supporting process improvement, documenting procedures, preparing regular activity and performance reports, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
The Supervisor will collaborate closely with internal and external partners, provide clear guidance and feedback, and foster an inclusive, supportive, and accountable team culture in a virtual environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in team supervision or coordination, including task planning, workload management, and performance follow-up.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with skill in prioritizing multiple workstreams and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective virtual meetings and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including the capacity to identify risks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of accountability, while contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Proficiency with common digital collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared document platforms, project tracking tools).
- Prior experience in healthcare, public health, health policy, or value-based healthcare initiatives is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, health administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
