Our client, a fast-growing technology company working at the forefront of artificial intelligence, is seeking an experienced
Strategic Project Lead
to drive the successful delivery of large-scale AI and data initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with leading AI organizations, oversee complex operational programs, and manage high-performing distributed teams responsible for supporting the development of next-generation AI systems.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for building scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead strategic projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and enterprise clients.
- Manage and optimize large-scale data operations and workflow processes to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Lead and mentor teams of project leads, domain specialists, and operational contributors.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across operations, data, engineering, and client-facing teams.
- Define, track, and report on project KPIs, operational metrics, and performance indicators.
- Deliver executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
Qualifications

- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

- Experience leading distributed or remote teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Background in data operations, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing operational processes, large-scale projects, or workflow optimization initiatives.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, data annotation, or human-in-the-loop operations.
- Familiarity with KPI development, performance management, and operational reporting.
- Proven track record of scaling processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience managing enterprise clients or strategic accounts.
